We have a chance to revisit the history of the last
500 years and decide if the rise of the West should have happened. You will be
divided into the major areas of the world to begin the race for domination of
the world and prove that your philosophy will lead to the ultimate society
closest to utopia.

Now that you have joined your area of the world, you need to research and
assess the elements of strength and merit in the following areas to prove that
your area of the world would be the best area to rule the world:
- science & technology
- arts & literature
- economics
- government & law
- values & religious beliefs
- military capabilities
Once you have established that your area of the world is most fit to be the
utopia of the future you will prove your case to the rest of the world.
Old
School Global Conference (OSGC)
Day 1
1. Dress in role bringing food and a cultural activity from your region of the
world (1500s).
2. Present a short Breeze presentation on your region of the world explaining
the main elements and merits of your Empire (under 5
minutes).
3. Using Adobe Photoshop, 24” X 36” Black and White, present a Newspaper
highlighting the major headlines and news stories from your region of the world
in the 1500s.
Day 2
3. Make a plea to the world explaining why your region would be best to
achieve utopia.
