The defendant, Louis XVI, is charged with the following offences:
1. Negligence – The
defendant’s inept financial management have resulted in bankruptcy for the
French Government, excessive taxation, and poverty amongst the French people.
2. Tyranny – The
defendant has repeatedly used his powers to suppress the representatives of the
French nation and used excessive and unnecessary violence against the French
people.
