Environment Summary The area in which animals or plants grow or live. It could be anything
from a large city to a small farm up north. Environment can mean many
things such as as agriculture to even where animals live. A good example
of environment would be Canada. Canada has a vast variety of different
environments, such as mountains in the westcoast, or wheat in the praries
or even the beach in the east coast, Canada has a large variety. Even
though there is a large environment in Canada, we are begining to experience
environmental problems such as forestry problems, water pollution as
well as air pollution.

CRITERIA #1 Article Critique The first article I chose to critique is the issue about water pollution. The author of the artcile is the Canadian government. There is no reference to who wrote the article. There are several links where you can connect to them and contact the government concerning this issue. The information is credible and is from a credible source. Since it is by the Canadian governemnt the standard of the articles are higher therefore all the information is accurate and up to date. There are links on the bottom where you are able to see when the article was posted or last updated. There are no advertisements on this article. The articles are not from a point of view but more of an informative point of view rather than an opinion. The page seems complete and the full article is posted on the website. The websites' main purpose would be to inform any who is intrested in the matter. And the website is succesful with more than just 1 article on the subject. #2 Article Critique The second article I have choosen is from the same site as my first article. The article belongs to the Canadian Government and once again does not have a known author. There are the same links where you can use to contact the government about issues concerning the article. The information are all correct and credible. The dates are all posted on the bottom of the site including the last time they were updated or posted. Once again the page is advertisement free and is very organzied and focus on the topic. And also it is from a informative point of view instead of an authors point of view. There are more articles concerning about this topic on the rest of the site but the article is complete. The purpose is to inform the reader or any who is intrested in the topic.
