This autoher is part of the world socialist web site. this site does not represent a party or group it simply represents the authors educated ideas and views. Yes it is possible to contact this web site quite easly with an andress and message board. Although the creator is not clearly stated on the web site I imagine it is people within the orginization.

This website is a edited by the site editor and is not a peer-reviewed publication. no factual evedence can be found on this sites bibliograpgy. Based on information from all parts of the site i think this website is credable. It is not clear who is responcible for the authentication of the web site.

There is no clear author of this article. The authors credentials are clearly stating the views of the parti quebecois on their 10 year reform program. This page represents a govenmen party known as the parti quebecois. There are manny was to contact this orginization such as Phone number, adress, and map. It is not clearly stated who maintains this site.

No factual evedence is presented in the article it is just a reform plan. yes this information seems creditable considering my previoius knoledge. it is not clear who is respnsible for the information presented, there is also no graphs or charts present on the page.
