STUDENT FIELD TRIP PERMISSION FORM

 

 

Destination:      MARKVILLE BOYS CLUB CAMP at CAMP ROBIN HOOD

 

Purpose of the Field Trip: This is the September event for the Markville Boys Club. Please see the attached letter for details.

 

Date of Field Trip:                     Saturday September 27th to Sunday September 28th, 2008

 

Cost to Student:                        $20.00 (includes use of camp, lunch, dinner, snacks and breakfast)                      

Arrive at camp:                          Saturday September 27th at 10:00 a.m.

Pickup from camp:                    Sunday September 28th at 11:00 a.m.

 

Mode of Transportation:                        Parent / Guardian pick up / drop off

 

Itinerary:            Saturday          10:00    Students arrive at camp are join their teams

                                                4:00      Campsite setup

                        9:00      Pack up and tear down campsite

                        10:00    Closing event

                        11:00    Students depart from camp

Please complete this form & return it with the fee ($20.00) to the student store in the atrium by September 25th, 2008 This is a school activity supervised by Markville S.S. teachers and camp staff.  Please ensure that you follow the Code of Conduct as explained in the Student Agenda Planner on page 5.

 

We are excited for you to participate in this program and that you represent Markville Secondary School in a positive way by showing good character and by following school and camp rules. The students that are going on this trip are involved because of our belief in them to show good character.  This includes attributes such as honesty, integrity, respect, responsibility, and fairness.
